FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GO THROUGH THE ATTRACTION?
Most guests spend approximately 20 - 30 minutes inside the attraction, depending on crowd levels and how quickly your group moves through the experience.
IS DARKNESS RISING SCARY?
Yes. Our nighttime show is designed to be an intense, immersive haunted attraction featuring professional actors, detailed sets, special effects, darkness, loud noises, and frightening situations.
WHAT AGES IS DARKNESS RISING RECOMMENDED FOR?
We generally recommend ages 12 and up for our nighttime show and ages 6 and up for our Before Dark family experience. Parents know their children best and should use their own discretion when deciding if the attraction is appropriate.
DO THE ACTORS TOUCH YOU?
No. Our actors will never intentionally touch guests and guests may not touch the actors, props, or sets.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M TOO SCARED TO CONTINUE?
If you need assistance while inside the attraction, notify the nearest actor or staff member and we will help escort you to an exit.
CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
Yes, tickets are available on-site, however we strongly recommend purchasing tickets online in advance to guarantee admission, reduce wait times and save money.
IS THE ATTRACTION INDOORS?
Yes. Darkness Rising is a fully indoor haunted attraction, allowing us to operate rain or shine.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. You'll be walking through dark environments, uneven surfaces, and immersive set pieces.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS INSIDE?
Photography and video recording are not permitted inside the attraction but are allowed inside the queue area and gift shop.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes. Free parking is available on-site for all guests as well as street parking on Chettic Avenue when our lot fills up.
IS THE ATTRACTION WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

CAN I GET A REFUND?
All ticket sales are final. If an event is cancelled by Darkness Rising, ticket holders will be contacted regarding available options.
